Privacy policy

We store no IP addresses and set no cookies of our own, and your dates never leave your browser. There is one external affiliate service, and it can be refused.

Version of 2026-08-15.

The short version

You do not have to take this on trust — it can be checked. We do not store your IP address, we set no cookies of our own, there is no third-party analytics and no pixels, there are no user accounts and we never ask for your email. And your passport dates never leave your browser.

There is one exception, added on 15 August 2026: an external affiliate-link service called Travelpayouts. It is what lets us earn a commission if you buy travel insurance we point you to, and it is why the site stays free. You can refuse it with one click in the notice that appears at the bottom the first time, and then it never loads again.

Travelpayouts, plainly

Travelpayouts is a travel affiliate network. Its script loads from a domain that is not ours (emrld.ltd) and does two things: it turns links to travel brands into affiliate links, and it counts clicks so a sale can be attributed. To do that it may use its own cookies or identifiers, which we do not control.

What we do control, and want you to know:

If you refused and change your mind — or the other way round — clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

What we do store

We count visits and usage with our own counter, hosted on this same server. For each event we store exactly this:

None of that identifies a person or allows a session to be reconstructed: these are anonymous counts, not user tracking. Two separate visits are indistinguishable.

What we do NOT store

This list is about us. What Travelpayouts does is in its own section above.

What stays in your browser

If you pick a light or dark theme, save favourite destinations or move the explorer's weights, that is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device. We cannot read it.

Clearing the site's data in your browser deletes it. If you copy your session code to carry those settings to another device, that code travels wherever you paste it — it never passes through our server.

How long, and who sees it

The anonymous records described above are kept in monthly files on our server for as long as they remain useful for understanding which parts of the site get used. They are not sold, not transferred and not shared with anyone — not with Travelpayouts either, which has its own measurement and never receives ours.

Your rights

Data protection law — Ley 25.326 in Argentina, Ley 1581 in Colombia and the GDPR in the European Economic Area — gives you the right to access, correct and erase your personal data.

Here that right is met in the simplest way possible: we hold no personal data of yours to hand over, correct or delete. There is nothing in our records that can be linked to you.

As for whatever Travelpayouts may store in your browser, the control is yours and it is immediate: refusing it in the notice stops it loading, and clearing this site’s data removes anything it left. To exercise rights against them — they are the controller of their own processing — their policy has the channel.

If you believe any of the above does not match what the site actually does, write to contact@clearedgo.com and we will look into it.

If this changes

If we ever add anything that collects personal data — an email form, a notification, a link that measures conversions — this page changes first, with its version date updated, and the appropriate consent is requested. Not the other way round.
