How many months of passport validity do you need for United Arab Emirates?

To enter United Arab Emirates, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date you arrive.

The rule

Travel insurance

This destination does not require insurance to enter, according to the official source. It is still worth having: abroad, a doctor visit or an evacuation comes out of your own pocket.

One option

SafetyWing Nomad Insurance covers up to US$ 250.000 in medical costs and US$ 100.000 for evacuation.

Check your own dates

The rule is one thing; whether your passport clears it on your travel dates is another. Turkey counts 150 days, not five months. Costa Rica counts one day. Schengen countries check two rules at once.
